Wing & Fly is the blog and home site of THE2NDHAND editor Todd Dills, author of the 2006 novel Sons of the Rapture. Dills lives and writes in Nashville, Tenn., and formerly of Birmingham, Ala., though he called Chicago his home between 1998 and 2006, during which time he wrecked his bicycle at least three times, earned an MFA in writing at Columbia College, founded THE2NDHAND, publishing in 2004 a best-of from the first four years of the magazine, All Hands On, and wrote for the Chicago Reader, New City and several literary magazines among the city’s publications. . . . . He continues to write the occasional book review while working full-time as editor of two trucking-industry trade mags and in various and sundry literary arenas. He and his wife, Susannah Felts, are proud parents, as of May 2008, of a wondrous daughter, Thalia.
